Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in manufacturing industries (automotive, motorcycle, or supplier industries).
• Hands-on experience in product costing, budgeting, analysis, and reporting.
• Knowledge of BOM (Bill of Materials) and production cost calculation methodologies.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Being an active motorcycle rider or having a strong interest in motorcycles is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare product cost analyses for new motorcycle model projects, including BOM, labor, and overhead costs.
• Conduct target costing studies and variance analyses.
• Analyze and report cost deviations occurring in production processes.
• Monitor material, labor, and manufacturing expenses in detail.
• Perform cost breakdown and cost tracking activities during both project and mass production phases.
• Develop cost improvement initiatives in collaboration with supply chain, procurement, and engineering teams.
• Prepare regular reports and provide analytical insights to management.
