We are currently looking for a "Corporate Finance and Financial Model Executive / Manager" for Türkerler Holding, located in Ankara, with the following qualifications;

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, valuation or financial advisory (Big 4 experience is a plus)
  • Prior experience in the energy and infrastructure sectors is a strong plus
  • Excellent financial modeling, valuation and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with IFRS, M&A due diligence, and financial regulations
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and influence key decisions
Responsibilities
  • Develop financial models for strategic planning, M&A, and investment decisions
  • Manage debt and equity financing structures to optimize capital allocation and liquidity
  • Work closely with investment banks, lenders, and legal teams on financing activities
  • Oversee discounted cash flow (DCF) modeling, and other valuation methodologies
  • Conduct scenario analysis and risk assessments for energy sector investments
  • Collaborate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies on valuation matters
