Position Summary:
Aligned with Özyeğin University’s vision to expand national and international collaborations, the Manager of Corporate and Global Partnerships will report directly to the Director and be responsible for strengthening strategic alliances, developing new partnerships, and managing related processes effectively. This role requires close coordination with academic units, industry representatives, and international institutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Education Management, Business, Human Resources, or Educational Technologies; strong digital/LMS skills.
- 7–10 years of experience in corporate/university program development, sales/proposal management, and project management, preferably within universities or large-scale education institutions.
- Proven experience in contract management, budgeting, and cost analysis with strong data-driven reporting skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales abilities; strategic thinker with strong analytical and results-oriented mindset.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, team management expertise, and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in LMS platforms, data analytics, MS Office, and remote collaboration tools.
- A commitment to diversity, inclusion, and social impact, with advanced intercultural communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop corporate and international partnerships in line with the university’s strategic goals
- Manage, monitor, and ensure the sustainability of existing collaborations
- Design and implement joint projects, events, and academic partnerships with national and international institutions
- Establish platforms and networks to support university-industry collaborations
- Work closely with faculties, research centers, and student units to enhance the academic value of partnerships
- Conduct institutional needs analysis, program design, and content development aligned with quality standards.
- Manage a diverse program portfolio addressing business development needs across functions, including sustainability, AI/digitalization, leadership, creativity/innovation, entrepreneurship, inclusivity, and women in leadership.
- Build and manage an internal and external faculty pool; ensure quality control and support their ongoing professional development.
- Foster industry–university partnerships, open innovation labs, and high-impact social collaborations.
- Oversee sales processes, proposal development, contract management, cost/revenue tracking, and ensure profitability targets are achieved.
- Establish impact assessment systems measuring learning outcomes, ROI, employability, customer satisfaction, and social impact, and provide regular reporting.
- Manage contracts, compliance, risk, budgeting, and financial sustainability.
- Lead team development through performance management, competency-building plans, and structured career pathways.
- Provide regular reports to senior management and stakeholders, drive quality assurance, and continuous improvement.
