Job summary

You will translate complex professional work into well-defined tasks with clear rubrics, coordinate contributors, and ensure quality and timely delivery.

Vagon streams high-performance cloud computers and applications to any device through the browser for use by humans or AI agents. We work with some of the world’s largest frontier AI labs to help build the next generation of models that can use computers to do professional work. The role

You will manage the expert workflows behind our client AI training and evaluation tasks. You will manage experts turn professional computer workflows into well-defined task data, supported by clear rubrics that describe what successful execution looks like.

This means understanding the work, coordinating contributors, reviewing outputs, and keeping quality and delivery on track.

You will:

• Coordinate experts across task creation, review, and revision
• Make sure tasks reflect realistic professional work and have clear instructions and expected outcomes
• Review rubrics for clarity, completeness, and criteria that can be evaluated consistently
• Track progress, quality, and deadlines across multiple workstreams
• Improve processes and work with our engineering team to make internal tools more effective

You

• New graduate, undergrad final year, masters or phd student in an Industrial Engineering department of top universities in Turkiye
• A sharp analytical thinker who can break complex workflows into clear, measurable steps
• Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and reliable follow-through
• Comfortable learning unfamiliar software and understanding how professionals use computers to get work done
• Able to critically review instructions and evaluation criteria for computer workflows, spot gaps, and ask precise questions for AI data and training processes
• Strong in written and spoken English, with the communication skills to coordinate experts and give actionable feedback
• Hands-on and willing to investigate issues and take them through to resolution

Bonus: Experience in operations, quality assurance, process improvement, or coordinating expert contributors; familiarity with AI evaluation, data analysis.
