Vertigo Games Ltd in Istanbul seeks a Community Specialist to join our on-site team. You’ll engage players across Discord, Reddit, Facebook, and Instagram, building a welcoming space while feeding feedback to the product teams.

A strong passion for FPS games and the player mindset is essential. You will maintain a structured content calendar, collaborate with QA and Product, and use AI tools to streamline content creation and feedback analysis.

We're looking for a passionate Community Specialist to join our dynamic team in Istanbul. This is an on-site role, requiring you to work 5 days a week from our office in Levent.

In this role, we deeply care about your passion for midcore games and the FPS genre. We highly encourage you to get familiar with both of our games before you apply and complete your application only if you’re genuinely excited to play them extensively and dive deep into their mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Be right at the heart of the community, engaging with players across Discord, Reddit, Facebook, and Instagram, while creating a space that’s positive, welcoming, and full of genuine interaction.
• Actively listen to players, understand their concerns, and be their voice within the team by turning feedback into clear, actionable reports.
• Work closely with QA and Product teams to identify, track, and resolve issues.
• Bring fresh energy to social media channels with timely, relevant content and keep everything on track with a well-structured content calendar.
• Use AI tools as part of your daily workflow to create content, analyze feedback, organize information, and improve efficiency.

• A deep-rooted passion for FPS games and a strong grasp of their mechanics, culture, and player mindset.
• Experience with Discord and major social media platforms, along with great written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive mindset with strengths in problem-solving, conflict resolution, project management, attention to detail, and organization.
• Comfort working both independently and in fast-paced team environments, with curiosity, motivation, and a constant drive to improve.
