Vertigo, Istanbul-based game studio, is seeking a passionate Community Intern for a 2-month, on-site internship at our Levent office. You’ll engage players across Discord and social channels, turning feedback into actionable reports and supporting QA/Product teams.

Ideal candidates are FPS/game enthusiasts with strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Engage with players across Discord, Reddit, Facebook, and Instagram to create a welcoming community.

• Create timely, relevant content and manage a content calendar on social channels.
• Leverage AI tools to generate content, analyze feedback, and organize information.

We're looking for a passionate Community Intern to join our dynamic team in Istanbul for a 2-month internship. This is anon-site role, requiring you to work5 days a weekfrom our office inLevent.

In this role, we deeply care about your passion for midcore games and the FPS genre. We highly encourage you to get familiar with both of our games before you apply and complete your application only if you’re genuinely excited to play them extensively and dive deep into their mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Be right at the heart of the community, engaging with players across Discord, Reddit, Facebook, and Instagram, while creating a space that’s positive, welcoming, and full of genuine interaction.
• Actively listen to players, understand their concerns, and be their voice within the team by turning feedback into clear, actionable reports.
• Work closely with QA and Product teams to identify, track, and resolve issues.
• Bring fresh energy to social media channels with timely, relevant content and keep everything on track with a well-structured content calendar.
• Use AI tools as part of your daily workflow to create content, analyze feedback, organize information, and improve efficiency.

• A deep-rooted passion for FPS games and a strong grasp of their mechanics, culture, and player mindset.
• Experience with Discord and major social media platforms, along with great written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive mindset with strengths in problem-solving, conflict resolution, project management, attention to detail, and organization.
• Comfort working both independently and in fast-paced team environments, with curiosity, motivation, and a constant drive to improve.
