What you’ll do

To drive commercial growth for Vodafone Business by defining sales strategy, setting performance KPIs and delivering actionable insights through performance analytics and planning.

  • Own sales targets and follow-up. Set sales channels targets in accordance with financial goals
  • Provide monthly, quarterly performance monitoring in order to realize the growth targets of the relevant segment
  • Analyze the risks and opportunities in the relevant segment, to make an action plan
  • Ensure the agreement and contribution of the Finance, Sales and Product teams on the determined actions
Who you are
  • Graduate from Business Administration , Industrial Engineering , Economics
  • At least 5 years experience in relevant areas
  • Excellent Command of English
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint; knowledge of Salesforce, Power BI, or similar tools is a plus
  • Good understanding of the Telecommunications Business
  • Good understanding of the Company’s Operating Structure
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Anticipate and solve problems with a consensus based approach and harmony
  • Ready to take new responsibility
  • Strong analytical skill and be eligible in team working
