Job summary

Alliance Healthcare in Turkey seeks a warehouse professional to support temperature-sensitive storage, packing, shipping, and inventory accuracy. You will monitor cold chain integrity, update records, and prepare outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.

This role emphasizes safety, precise documentation, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with strict compliance requirements.

Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
Less than 2 years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field required.
Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Monitors temperature-sensitive materials during storage and shipment preparation to help preserve required conditions.
Updates warehouse transactions, inventory records, and shipment documentation to maintain traceability and control.
Identifies on-hold, damaged, or non-conforming materials and routes them through defined handling procedures.
Coordinates material movement using approved warehouse equipment to support safe and efficient flow.
Prepares packaging materials and shipment areas to support timely outbound activity.
Escalates non-standard handling or inventory issues to support timely follow-up.
