Position Overview

A Cluster Sales Executive analyses local market trends and competitor activity to generate new future business for the hotel.

What will I be doing?

As Cluster Sales Executive, your responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing local market trends and competitor activity to identify new business leads
  • Developing customer accounts and traveling within the local area to drive business into the hotel/cluster and increase market share
  • Negotiating room rates and packages with corporate clients
  • Developing and implementing creative local marketing channels, including social media
  • Preparing contracts in line with current business and pricing conditions
  • Working within current business strategies and recognizing potential opportunities
  • Collaborating with other hotel departments to enhance guest experience and sales programs
  • Attending sales events as required
  • Producing accurate reports on appointments, calls, and business leads for management
  • Responding promptly and professionally to customer queries
  • Managing sales for Susona Bodrum, LXR Hotels & Resorts, and Doubletree by Hilton Bodrum Işıl Club
