Job summary

Merck Gruppe - MSD Sharp & Dohme Türkiye is seeking interns for Global Clinical Trials Operations (GCTO) to work on regulatory, finance and CRA support projects. You will assist in drug supply management, payments, and documentation in a dynamic team. This internship offers hands-on experience across multiple functions in a hybrid setting.

Ideal candidates are 4th year science/pharmacy students or graduates with English proficiency, strong MS Office skills, and good communication abilities.

Qualifications

• 4th year students or graduates from Science/Pharmacy faculties.
• Good command of written and spoken English is preferred.
• Good command of MS Office applications.
• Self motivated with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Drug & Non Drug Supply Management.
• Assist Payment and Invoice Management.
• Review documents & reports from Veeva.
• Prepare submissions to regulatory authorities.
• Manage safety documents.
• Pre and Post Monitoring Visit Preparations.
• Data Mining and Analysis in dashboards.

As Global Clinical Trials Operations (GCTO) Türkiye, we provide our interns the opportunity to work on meaningful assignments and make sure that they gain real world experiences (in the areas of Regulatory & Finance and Supply & CRA support)

As an intern, you may provide support to these areas; examples include:

• Document & report checks from Veeva
• Preparation of submissions to regulatory authorities
• Management of safety documents
• Pre and Post Monitoring Visit Preparations
