Job summary

Eczacıbaşı is seeking an Engineering graduate to lead Occupational Health & Safety initiatives at our Bozüyük manufacturing site. You will implement national and international OHS regulations, conduct inspections, and drive corrective actions in a fast-paced production environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

• Record, investigate and perform root cause analyses of accidents and non-conformities.

What Do We Expect from Our New Team Member?

• Ensure that all Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) activities are carried out in compliance with national and international regulations.
• Promote a strong safety culture by communicating effectively with employees and delivering the necessary OHS training and awareness activities.
• Prepare, update, maintain, and monitor Occupational Health & Safety documentation.
• Conduct on-site safety inspections, report findings, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
• Take an active role in recording, investigating, and performing root cause analyses of occupational accidents, near misses, and non-conformities.
• Actively participate in TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) activities.
• Plan and follow up on periodic inspections, maintenance, controls, and measurements required under Occupational Health & Safety legislation.

Who Are We Looking For?

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of national and international Occupational Health & Safety regulations and proven experience in implementing them.
• Valid Class A Occupational Safety Specialist Certificate.
• Preferably 4–6 years of experience in Occupational Health & Safety.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good knowledge of the ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management System.
• Preferably fluent in English.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Valid driver's license and active driving experience.
