Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
• Minimum 15 years of experience in finance, preferably in multinational companies, publicly listed firms, or within the energy sector.
• Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Strong command of IFRS/UFRS and financial reporting standards
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
• Proven leadership in managing finance, accounting, procurement, budgeting, and reporting teams

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Manage cash flow, liquidity, and investment strategies
• Oversee financial operations including accounting, procurement, budgeting, and reporting
• Coordinate with external auditors and ensure compliance with local and international regulations
• Prepare and present reliable KPI and financial reports to senior management
• Supervise ERP and IT system implementation and management
• Support international subsidiaries and joint ventures in financial setup and reporting
• Ensure timely execution of month-end and quarterly closings
• Prepare quarterly activity reports and business plans
• Represent the company in Board of Directors and Executive Committee meetings
