Job summary

Roche in Turkey seeks a strategic leader to oversee External Affairs, Market Access, and Corporate Communications within the affiliate. You will drive public policy, government relations, and external communications while ensuring policy alignment with global and regional strategies.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage key stakeholders, and steer market access initiatives to improve patient access in a dynamic healthcare landscape.

Qualifications

• University degree, preferably in Life Sciences, Health Economics, Public Administration, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Market Access, Government Affairs, and Public Policy.
• Proven track record of managing complex reimbursement, pricing, and healthcare policy-shaping processes in Turkey.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee External Affairs, Market Access, and Corporate Communications across the affiliate.
• Drive strategic public affairs, government relations, and external communication activities.
• Ensure that healthcare policies, stakeholder engagement, and market access strategies are implemented and improved to maximize patient access.
• Coordinate with authorities and institutions, manage contract and litigation processes, and support audits.
