We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Architect to join our partner company’s team.

If you have a passion for designing scalable software solutions, leading cross-functional teams, and driving innovation, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact.

Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional teams in analysis, development, testing, and support
• Contribute to analysis documentation and review outputs before development
• Oversee UI/UX development, ensuring alignment with business requirements
• Facilitate analysis handovers, ensuring development teams understand requirements and foresee technical challenges
• Contribute to high-level software architecture design, evaluating tech stacks and new technologies
• Develop test scenarios and cases, ensuring sufficient coverage and traceability
• Lead pre-sales efforts, engaging with customers, defining solutions, estimating efforts, and preparing proposals/contracts
• Manage team building and resource planning, including hiring, internships, and mentoring
• Design and implement operational support models, ensuring efficient incident and problem management

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in software architecture and technical leadership
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Strong understanding of UI/UX, business analysis, and software development lifecycles
• Experience in test planning, pre-sales, and project costing
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and oversee resource planning
• Expertise in operational support design and service management tools
