Job Description

  • Lead and supervise the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations

  • Take an active role in the preparation and presentation of meals

  • Contribute to the creation and development of menus

  • Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene, safety, and cleanliness

  • Monitor inventory levels and manage supply orders efficiently

  • Support the training and development of kitchen staff


Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of experience, including prior work as a Chef de Partie

  • Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques

  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
