Trendyol Growth is seeking a Central Planning and Optimization Data Analyst to shape business strategy through planning, optimization, and forecasting. You will transform complex data into actionable insights, build automated dashboards, and deliver analyses to guide decisions across the business.

The role requires creating segmentation, defining rules, and partnering with product, operations, and other teams to drive growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable university in CS / MIS / Industrial Engineering.
• 2+ years of data analysis, project & product management experience.
• Coding skills in SQL and Python.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate with multiple functions.
• Experience with digital analytics visualization tools (Looker, QlikView, Tableau).
• Strong analytical skills with large data sets and ability to simplify complexity.
• Interest in digital disciplines and staying up to date with trends.
• Proficient in English; good command of Gsuite or MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Design segmentation for customers, sellers, influencers, and partners.
• Define business rules for each segment and set targets with owners.
• Create and optimize journeys to meet the business KPIs for each segment.
• Collaborate with product to improve onboarding and engagement for each segment.
• Work with owners to design and execute growth opportunities for each segment.

About the Role

As a Central Planning and Optimization Data Analyst, you will be responsible for shaping business strategy through effective planning, optimization, and forecasting. You will use your analytical skills to transform complex data into clear, actionable insights that guide the business direction. With your technical expertise, you will create automated dashboards, perform meaningful customer segmentation, and deliver impactful analyses. You will manage stakeholders effectively, ensuring your recommendations are understood, trusted, and acted upon by teams across the business.

Responsibilities

• Design segmentation for many different business parties (customer, seller, influencer, cargo company etc.
• Define business rules for each segment and set targets with business owners
• Create and optimize journeys for each segment and feature to meet the business kpis
• Work with the product team to improve any business process for onboarding or engagement of each segment
• Work with the business owners to design and execute growth opportunities for each segment
• Automate tracking and communication of any feature for any segment

Expected Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree from a reputable university preferably in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or Industrial Engineering
• 2+ years experience in data analysis, project & product management
• Coding skills – ability to code in one or more languages (SQL, Python)
• Communication skills - Excited to work with different functions within company, creative problem solver who thrives with ambiguity
• Familiar with digital analytics visualization tools (Looker, Qlikview, Tableau etc.)
• Strong analytical skills and experience of working with large volumes of data
• Enjoys the challenge of simplifying complex data, processes, and concepts to highlight key insights and guide decision making
• A genuine interest in digital disciplines and stay up to date on trends
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Good command of Gsuite or MS Office programs
