Job summary

Republic Services, Inc. is seeking a Driver- CDL (B) to safely operate a collection truck and provide prompt, courteous waste removal services for customers.

The role includes ensuring vehicle compliance with safety standards and completing daily vehicle condition reports to address defects promptly. Key duties include pre/post-inspections, route execution with on-time service, loading refuse, and maintaining safety and regulatory compliance at all times.

Qualifications

• Class B or higher Commercial Driver’s license with air brakes endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre- and post-operation vehicle inspections.
• Safely operate heavy truck on designated route and service customers.
• Load refuse and operate compactor per safety policies.
• Interact courteously with customers, dispatchers, and colleagues.
• Complete route/productivity sheets and required reports.
• Maintain adherence to safety policies and company rules.
