Job summary

A leading cosmetics company in Turkey is seeking a planning professional to manage procurement processes and support MRP requirements. The ideal candidate will have a university degree, at least 2 years of experience in planning, strong analytical skills, and advanced knowledge of ERP systems. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in planning.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Advanced computer skills and knowledge of MS Office programs.
• Experience with ERP & MRP systems (SAP knowledge is a plus).
• Team player with proactive approach and ability to take initiative.
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
• Male candidates should have completed their military service.

Responsibilities

• Create material requests resulting from MRP requirements and communicate purchase orders to suppliers.
• Receive order confirmations from suppliers and update dates in the ERP system.
• Organize weekly meetings with sales teams & suppliers and monitor revisions.
• Manage necessary pull-forward, postponement, and cancellation processes with suppliers.
• Track the follow-up of orders opened for rejected items.
• Take responsibility for all module and stand planning and procurement processes.
• Support master data activities for new modules and barcodes.
• Publish stock inventory reports and monitor levels.
• Prepare monthly department KPI reports and meet performance criteria.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and legal regulations.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Create material request resulting from MRP requirements and communicate purchase orders to suppliers,
• Receive order confirmations from suppliers and update confirmed dates in the ERP system,
• Organize weekly meetings with sales teams &suppliers and monitor the revisions of the codes under responsibility,
• Manage necessary pull-forward, postponement, and cancellation processes by communicating with suppliers regarding orders requiring revisions,
• Track the follow-up of orders opened in return for rejected orders,
• Take responsibility for all module and stand planning and procurement processes,
• Support master data activities related to codes and barcodes for new modules, module sets, and stands,
• Publish stock inventory reports, monitor levels, and report to relevant parties with recommendations to prevent excess stock,
• Prepare monthly department KPI reports, fulfill assigned tasks to meet performance criteria, and ensure KPI reporting,
• Ensure full compliance with all company policies, legal regulations, and occupational health & safety standards.
