Job summary
CEVA Logistics Turkey is seeking a Carrier and Partner Management Administrator to join our Logistics Operations division in Izmit. You will coordinate carrier relationships, schedule shipments, and support contract logistics to drive efficiency and service quality.
Ideal candidates are organized, communicative, and detail-oriented, with experience in logistics or partner management, and proficiency in English and Turkish.
Qualifications
- Organised, communicative, and detail-oriented.
- Experience in logistics, transport coordination, or partner management.
- Proficient with logistics software and MS Office; English and Turkish proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage carrier and partner databases, ensuring information is accurate and compliant.
- Coordinate with carriers to schedule and track shipments, resolving issues swiftly.
- Support contract logistics activities by liaising between warehouse operations and transportation providers.
- Monitor carrier performance metrics and generate reports for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with warehouse operations to anticipate and meet operational demands.
- Assist in negotiation and administration of contracts with carriers and partners.
- Participate in evaluation and selection of new logistics partners.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental guidelines across all activities.
