A Carpenter is responsible for maintaining the building and facilities to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. This includes building required items and preparing preventative maintenance schedules.

What will I be doing?

As a Carpenter, your responsibilities include maintaining the building and facilities, building required items, maintaining carpentry tools, and performing inspections. Specific tasks include:

• Maintaining doors, windows, furniture, and other items
• Completing guest room maintenance schedules on time
• Building required items, including specialty furniture
• Operating and maintaining carpentry tools and equipment
• Assisting with related services
• Keeping a daily log of tasks
• Preparing preventative maintenance schedules
• Taking measurements, installing fixtures, and making adjustments
• Ensuring quality inspections are carried out according to standards
• Building good relationships with internal and external customers
• Performing special projects and other responsibilities as assigned
• Following all health and safety rules within the department and hotel
