Job description

As a part of our team you will be responsible for managing capital projects, including green field investments, new equipment installations, equipment upgrades, and facility expansions. You will be coordinating with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and Safety, to ensure successful project execution.

What you’ll do:

• Manage capital projects from concept to completion, including equipment procurement, installation, and start-up
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and company policies
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to evaluate project proposals and make recommendations to management
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project charters, design specifications, and equipment manuals
• Provide technical expertise and support to project teams and plant personnel and continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and tools
  
  

What you’ll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering
• Strong technical skills in equipment design, installation, and excellent project management skills
• Experience with NX and SolidWorks
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Knowledge of English (written and spoken)
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements (e.g. OSHA, GMP, FSSC 22000)
