Job summary

The Magnum Ice Cream Company is seeking a Supply Chain Finance Specialist to lead capex forecasting, reporting, and analytics. You will coordinate with factories, warehouses, and operations while supporting SAP processes and delivering insights to senior leaders.

Your role includes driving digitalization, producing ad-hoc analyses, and presenting findings to the Supply Chain Leadership Team. A finance/BA degree and 2+ years in supply chain finance are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience, preferably in supply chain finance.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical thinking.
• Strong understanding of finance, accounting, and supply chain.
• Proficient in SAP and Excel.
• Detail oriented with high accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong prioritization skills and a can-do attitude.
• Analytical capabilities with ability to generate actionable insights.
• Good understanding of finance processes and operations.
• Experience in budget management and controllership.
• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Preparing monthly capex forecast and reporting after alignment with stakeholders from factories, warehouses and cabinet operation.
• Supporting financial activities of capex operation including WBS creation and SAP operations.
• Preparing monthly capex report for Country General Manager, CFO and Supply Chain Leadership Team.
• Supporting supply chain finance team with ad-hoc analysis, presentations and format creation.
• Supporting digitalization of supply chain finance team.
• Preparing monthly supply chain finance newsletter for Turkey Board.
