We are seeking a team member for our Customer Communication Center in Diyarbakır, in the role of "Call Center Team Leader".
General Qualifications
• Graduated from relevant university departments,
• At least 4 years of experience as a Team Leader in Call Center Sales projects,
• Proficient in MS Office programs,
• Strong reporting and presentation skills,
• Developed planning and organization skills,
• Customer-oriented and open to innovations,
• For male candidates, preferably completed military service.
