Job summary

Randstad Türkiye is seeking Software Engineers with strong C++ and database experience to join our team in a challenging DB development environment. You will work on core components of MySQL 8.x/MariaDB 0.x and related PostgreSQL Community Edition platforms.

Collaborate across product, QA and operations to design, implement and test new features. You will troubleshoot complex issues, contribute unit tests, and participate in code reviews while communicating effectively in English.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in C++ development with DB systems.
• Strong MySQL knowledge and kernel-level familiarity.
• Advanced Linux CLI and bash scripting skills.
• Proficient in English.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality C++ code for MySQL 8.x, MariaDB 0.x, and PostgreSQL Community Edition.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and enhancements.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex DB service issues through C++.
• Develop unit tests and execute self-tests in test environments; participate in code reviews.
• Participate in technical meetings and propose design approaches for customer interfaces.
