Could you be the full-time Buyer in Istanbul, Turkiye we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your procurement expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and dynamic teammates.

You\'ll play a key role in managing procurement activities related to service projects, specifically focusing on spare parts, across the AMECA region. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, supply chain, and project teams), lead supplier selection and negotiations, and ensure alignment with quality, cost, delivery, and technical (QCDT) objectives, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of supplier management and RFQ processes, but also support tender activities and implement commodity strategies.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Leading supplier selection and contract negotiations for service-related spare parts and services
  • Launching and managing Request for Quotations (RFQs) and Business Awards
  • Monitoring supplier performance to ensure on-time delivery and quality
  • Collaborating with external suppliers and internal stakeholders to meet project needs
  • Maintaining accurate procurement documentation and ERP records
  • Assessing supplier risks and implementing mitigation plans
  • Supporting tender phase activities and cost commitments
  • Promoting ethical procurement practices and compliance with company policies
