Job description

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst at HangiKredi, which is Turkey's leading platform in the banking products comparison and application category since 2006, constantly renewing itself with its dynamic and financial assistant vision, visited by three out of every four people who conduct online loan research every year.

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in BI, Data Analysis, or a similar role
• Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and data visualization best practices Advanced SQL skills for complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning
• Advanced Qlik Sense experience (sheet creation, scripting, set analysis, extensions, etc.)
• Strong SQL knowledge (complex queries, joins, CTEs, subqueries, analytic functions)
• Data modeling experience
• Performance optimization of Qlik Sense dashboards
• Hands-on experience with Adjust and Google Analytics for data tracking and analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting insights
• Ability to understand business processes and translate them into technical solutions
• Familiarity with data modeling concepts and relational database management systems (Preferred) Experience with Python or R, ETL tools, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define objectives, and understand key performance metrics
• Develop interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker to support data-driven decision-making
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and validate data from multiple sources
• Leverage Adjust, Google Analytics, and other analytics platforms to track, measure, and optimize user engagement data
• Perform in-depth data analyses to identify trends, detect anomalies, and provide actionable insights
• Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring clarity and impact
• Maintain data quality standards and contribute to data governance initiatives
• Continuously improve existing analytics processes and stay updated on emerging BI technologies
