What will you do?
Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation of a long-range strategic vision and relationship with regional clients.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the business and how it can be integrated into the TTPSC landscape.
- Identify and recommend market opportunities to pursue based on understanding of industry gaps and emerging trends in solutions/products.
- Build and maintain relationships to achieve strategic alignment and drive growth.
- Understand priorities, strategies, and goals and evangelize them within the organization.
- Lead business-design briefings within TTPSC.
- Develop and execute strategic partner business plans that grow TTPSC.
- Lead reviews of the TTPSC pipeline with dedicated teams.
- Lead campaigns with various functional areas and the marketing team.
- Utilize incentive possibilities in go-to-market strategies.
- Develop go-to-market and co-selling strategies.
Who are we looking for?
Requirements:
- Solid experience in partner management, sales, business development, or channel development in the technology industry or related experience.
- Experience in selling services and software.
- Experience in PTC technologies/solutions is a plus.
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly articulate product features and answer questions.
- Self-motivated with a high level of discipline, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high accuracy.
- Team player with a positive attitude who thrives in a global environment, eager to help and views challenges as opportunities.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and willing to adapt to changes in responsibilities and strategies.
- Highly persistent in follow-up conversations, negotiations, and closing sales.
- Strong planning and time management skills.
