As theBusiness Development Manager, you will work with a dynamic team of professionals and develop your skills. Your duties will include but not limited to driving the company’s business growth and building market position.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify sales target and leaders of opinion.
  • Present our products and services to new clients.
  • Conduct market research on a regular basis.
  • Identify key markets and provide input.
  • Build strategies for specified markets.
  • Plan webinars and promotions for targeted markets.
  • Maintain good working relations with existing and new clients.
  • Arrange meetings with existing and prospective contacts.
  • Attend major industry events.
  • Document business development activities.

Requirements:

  • Fluent inEnglishand Turkish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in business development in the CFD brokerage industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, products, and services, particularly in CFD trading.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems and other business development tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance issues in the CFD brokerage industry.
