We are a newly founded HR consultancy company based in Antalya, aiming to provide tailored talent solutions to the hospitality and tourism industries across the region. With a focus on excellence, agility, and client satisfaction, we are building a dynamic team to lead our growth in Turkey's most competitive service markets.

We're seeking an experienced business development manager to lead the strategic expansion of our company in Turkey.

Role Highlights:

Location: Antalya

Salary: $4,000 - $6,000 /month

Experience: 5+ years in sales, business development, or key account management, preferably within or selling to the hospitality and tourism sectors.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead regional office operations, including team hiring, training, and performance.
  • Drive business development, targeting large accounts in the hotel and tourism sector.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with procurement and decision-makers in target companies.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the client base and meet revenue targets.
  • Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and networking opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to shape regional strategy and service offerings.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Proven track record in selling services or products to hotels, resorts, or tourism operators.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes within the hospitality industry.
  • Experience in team management or regional leadership roles.
  • Network or client portfolio within the hospitality/tourism sector.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Turkish and English.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, goal-oriented approach.
