QUALIFICATIONS
  • Graduated from relevant undergraduate departments such as Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electric-Electronic Engineering.
  • Advanced proficiency in English; knowledge of a second foreign language is preferable.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in international sales and business development, preferably in the military market.
  • Knowledge and experience in sales and business development activities.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, high persuasiveness, a team-player mindset, and patience.
  • Strong presentation, planning, and organizational skills.
  • High work discipline, eagerness to learn, ability to follow up on tasks effectively, and openness to innovation.
  • Experience and knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other ERP systems are preferable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
  • No restrictions for domestic and international travel.
  • Class B driving license and active driving experience.
JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Engage in B2G and B2B meetings, understand requirements, and assist progress with the manager.
  • Support the showcasing of systems at demonstrations, pricing, contracting, and further processes with relevant teams.
  • Coordinate between technical project management teams to understand project status and provide accurate foresight to the manager.
  • Oversee the production process and support export operations with relevant teams.
  • Ensure all activities are documented, archived, followed, and reported timely.
  • Research trade conditions to ensure compliance with commercial principles and international trade regulations, and report to the manager.
  • Represent the company at international trade fairs and business events to expand the network.
