Business Analyst (Loans)

Location: Istanbul
Work Type: Remote

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements related to loan processes and document them
• Act as a bridge between business units and software development teams
• Analyze the loan lifecycle (approval, disbursement, repayment, collections) and identify opportunities for improvement
• Prepare functional analysis documents, test scenarios, and user stories
• Play an active role in software development, testing, and go-live phases
• Design products and processes in compliance with participation banking principles

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of business analysis experience in the banking sector, preferably in participation banking loan processes
• In-depth knowledge of workflows, products, and processes in the loans domain
• Experience with analysis and documentation tools (Jira, Confluence, Visio, etc.)
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• A team player, proactive, and solution-oriented
• Preferably familiar with the BOA banking package
