Job summary

Solid-ICT is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team of developers, designers and testers. You will gather requirements, document BRDs and map processes across modules while collaborating with stakeholders to define workflows and rulesets.

You will also drive Jira automation and integrations, supporting agile delivery and continuous improvement. A 3–6 year track record and a strong problem-solving mindset are essential for success at Solid-ICT.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst (3–6 years).
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Familiarity with Agile practices and frameworks.
• Hands-on experience in Web and Mobile Web Services.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend and actively contribute to requirements gathering meetings with business units.
• Write clear and comprehensive BRDs.
• Map requirements to modules, features, and workflows.
• Create detailed business analyses outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions.
• Define, document, and manage business requirements.
• Design and maintain workflows, screens, custom fields, and rulesets.
• Implement Jira automation and integrations.
