What you will be expected to do:

1. Provide end-user training when necessary, using the requirements document as a critical guide, to ensure that issues are identified and fully resolved prior to rollout.
2. Participate in every stage of Software Development projects and work in coordination with relevant units.
3. Take initiative in projects.
4. Advocate for business clients in all phases of the solution development lifecycle, including initiation, analysis, development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation follow-up.
5. Perform complex analysis and work closely with business clients to identify core issues and map out solutions.
6. Develop the business case for action, defining the need, method, and benefits of proposed solutions.
7. Undertake detailed analysis to develop solution requirements that meet business needs.
8. Collaborate with the development team to refine solution design, methods, and outcomes.
9. Monitor progress to ensure solutions meet requirements.
10. Resolve conflicts arising from technical deviations from requirements.
11. Evaluate user interactions during implementation and make necessary modifications.
12. Stay updated on best practices, resources, and trends.
13. May work on assignments across multiple business or technical areas.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Completed associate or undergraduate education, graduated from relevant university departments.
• 2-4 years of experience in an analytical role, business analysis, or product management.
• Experience with business process digitization, technical integrations, data processing/visualization, and requirements gathering.
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Preferably experience and knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Proficiency in English.
