General Qualifications:

• Graduated from engineering departments (preferably Computer, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Electrical-Electronics Engineering, or Management Information Systems) or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, with expertise in scope evaluation and functional business analysis.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Experienced in user experience and interface design.
• Proficient in creating test scenarios and experienced in testing techniques.
• Advanced skills in SQL and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Knowledgeable in transportation, foreign trade, customs, and warehouse management processes.
• Preferably knowledgeable about test automation tools.
• Proficient in English.

Job Description:

• Create and regularly archive necessary documentation with stakeholders during requirements analysis, solution design, development, and testing phases.
• Identify technical requirements suited to business needs, develop solution proposals, and conduct feasibility studies.
• Evaluate security and control needs during the feasibility phase.
• Develop and implement test scenarios during the software development testing process.
• Coordinate with business units for user acceptance testing and create user manuals and training documents.
• Investigate problems reported by users, identify their sources, and inform all relevant groups for resolution.
