Job description

Join us as a Brand Manager and take the lead in shaping and executing impactful marketing strategies from idea to launch. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to drive brand growth, lead innovation rollouts, and deliver engaging consumer experiences. Here’s how you can dare to make an impact:

What you´ll do
  • Assuming full-fledged responsibility of company’s leading brand
  • Designing and implementing effective marketing strategies in line with the global & regional marketing roadmap to further grow the responsible brands
  • Managing yearly marketing planning of innovation rollouts and activations with full range of BTL, trade marketing and digital activities
  • Leading launch and relaunch strategies as well as the execution process for the responsible brand, running the communication with Sales, Supply Chain, and Production teams accordingly
  • Budget steering of respective brands to reach overall GP target
  • Developing & executing brand strategies and activities to build brand awareness, distribution and growth
  • Tracking responsible brands' market performance and monitoring P&L. Taking specific action measures according to analysis.
What makes you a good fit
  • BSc/BA in Business Administration, Marketing or in a relevant field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing in an FMCG company with end-to-end brand communication responsibility
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
  • Competent in problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills and ability to work with a variety of people
  • Advanced user of MS Office applications along with PowerBI and NielsenIQ
