Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing the brand strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals and values.
• Participate in market research to identify brand strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a unified brand image.
• Maintain and enforce brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in branding across all marketing materials and channels.
• Manage brand assets, including logos, taglines, and visual elements.
• Oversee brand collateral creation, such as brochures, packaging, and promotional materials.
• Keep track of brand mentions, reviews, and discussions on various platforms.
• Conduct brand perception surveys and gather feedback to make improvements.
• Analyze market trends and competitors to adapt branding strategies as needed.

What We are Looking for

• Experience at least 3 years of brand management career in the FMCG industry
• A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or Economics would be preferred
• Passionate for working in a dynamic startup environment.
• Multi-tasking ability
• Outstanding negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities
• Fluency in English both writing and speaking
• Advanced use of MS Office Programs (PowerPoint and Excel)
• Proactive and initiative-taker
• Hunger to learn and relearn
