A leading battery manufacturer in Turkey is seeking a seasoned marketing professional to develop and execute brand strategies and marketing communication plans. The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of experience in brand management, particularly in FMCG, along with strong leadership and project management skills. Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of digital marketing tools, including SEO and SEM, is required.

Qualifications

Job Description
  • Development and execution of brand strategies and marketing communication plans, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
  • Planning and executing media strategies, including digital and traditional media buying
  • Driving the creation of fully integrated 360° marketing campaigns
  • Managing and coordinating creative and media planning agencies
  • Defining target audiences, identifying consumer and markets needs per product category
  • Conducting brand and consumer research to generate insights. Monitor market trends and competitive activities to drive brand growth
  • Planning and coordinating brand sponsorships
  • Managing brand registration and trademark processes
  • Designing and approving product labels and packaging for all brands and coordinatination with suppliers
  • Leading the creation of brand & corporate communication visuals and creative materials
  • Overseeing website content and SEO performance
  • Managing SEM and Google Ads campaigns to drive online visibility
  • Leading social media content planning and production
  • Managing paid social media advertising campaigns in collaboration with digital agencies
