• Knowledge of Istanbul's attractions, culture, and transportation options.
• Multilingual skills, particularly in Turkish and English, with additional languages being a plus.
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry preferred, but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests upon arrival and departure.
• Assist guests with luggage handling and transportation to and from guest rooms.
• Provide informative guidance about hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests.
• Maintain a clean, organized bell desk and luggage storage area.
• Assist with valet parking services when required.
• Support setup and breakdown of meeting rooms or event spaces.
• Ensure the safety and security of guest belongings.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve guest issues.
• Proactively identify and address guest needs and exceed expectations.
