The successful candidate will manage enablement delivery, support capability development, and ensure operational efficiency while adhering to local requirements and practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, sales, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, commercial strategy, revenue operations, or a related field required.
• Less than 2 years of experience in a management capacity preferred.
• Certification in sales enablement, program management, business analysis, digital marketing or equivalent preferred.
