Qualifications

• Experience of 0-3 years as a Bending Machine Operator in the metal manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of metal properties and machine programming.
• Understanding of operational sequences and lubricants.

Responsibilities

• Clean or lubricate equipment and replace parts as needed.
• Read specifications and check products for accuracy.
• Position and clamp end stops on the machine for bending.

One of our prestigious clients in Turkey who is a “Contracting Services Company” is looking for an experienced “Bending Machine Operators” to join them immediately.

Job Description

• May clean or lubricate equipment and replace parts as required.
• Read specifications or follow verbal instructions
• Check products for correct shapes, dimensions, and other specifications
• Positions and clamps end stops on the machine to set the specified location of the bend.
• May slide mandrel into tubing instead of using guide clamp.

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of electronic equipment and computer hardware and software.
• Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
• Knowledge of metal properties, lubricants, operational sequences, and machine programming.
• 0-3 years experience as a Bending machine operator in the metal manufacturing industry.
• Measuring equipment and machine settings.
