Overview

Bellman / Buggy Driver / Valet role within the Rooms Division, Front Office & Guest Services. Dynamic and service-oriented individual to enhance our residents' / guests' experience by fulfilling the roles of Bellman, Valet, and Buggy Driver.

Employment Type: Fixed Term - Full Time

Location: Turkey - Alacati

Key Responsibilities

• Greet residents / guests with a warm and welcoming attitude, assist with their luggage, and escort them to their residences / rooms.
• Safely receive residents' / guests' vehicles, park them in the designated area, and retrieve them upon request.
• Provide safe and comfortable transportation for guests within the residence / resort premises and surrounding areas using a buggy.
• Fulfil residents / guests requests promptly and courteously, providing directions and information as needed.
• Ensure the security of luggage, track luggage tags, and prevent loss.
• Maintain the cleanliness, order, and maintenance of vehicles and buggies.
• Maintain order at the entrance and lobby.
• Adhere to all brand standards, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive vehicles proficiently.
• Experience operating electric vehicles (buggies) is preferred.
• Guest-oriented with a friendly and positive communication style.
• Team player with a sense of responsibility and problem-solving skills.
• Well-groomed with a professional and ethical approach to work.
