Qualifications

• Diplômé en ingénierie chimique.
• 2-3 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire.
• Niveau d'anglais B2 requis.

Responsibilities

• Assurer l'opération des systèmes en toute sécurité et sans interruption.

What You’ll Do?

• Ensuring the operation of field, process, control, and emergency shutdown (ESD) systems in the unit you are responsible for, to maintain safe and uninterrupted production in the refinery, and coordinating with relevant units.
• Ensuring that the units you are responsible for operate and continue production in accordance with standards, procedures/instructions, and planning instructions.
• Ensuring preparations for the equipment to be maintained before planned and unplanned maintenance of the unit.
• Coordinating with relevant units to carry out engineering studies aimed at solving existing problems and making improvements, and making/suggesting recommendations.
• Ensuring that activities related to your responsibilities are carried out in accordance with legislation and standards, making necessary reports in line with legal obligations; continuously monitoring technological/sectoral innovations, changes in legislation and standards, and developing suggestions for adapting them to your activities.
• Participating in process studies in the area you are responsible for.
• Participating in HAZOP, DYS, HAY, RBI, SIF/PRO, 5 Why, HAY, etc. studies related to process safety and operational reliability in the area you are responsible for.
• Preparing monthly/annual unit activity reports, and making budget studies.
• Evaluating annual leave and excuse leave requests of the employees reporting to you and planning the resulting overtime.
• Making necessary preparations before all audits to be carried out in the area you are responsible for, and ensuring the implementation of the action plan related to the nonconformities identified after the audit.

What We Look For?

• Education: You must be a graduate of the Chemical Engineering undergraduate program of universities; because we expect your technical background to be related to your job description.
• Experience: You must have at least 2 or 3 years of experience in relevant positions; because we will need your previous experience, technical knowledge, and equipment in this position.
• Technical Competence: Knowledge of operational processes management and HSE processes will be one of the main responsibilities of this position, so it is one of our preferences.
• You must have at least B2 (Upper Intermediate) level of English.
• You must be inclined to teamwork, strong in task tracking, innovation and future-oriented, socially responsible, and able to establish dialogue; because at Tüpraş, you will have a lot of space for all these, and we will advance ourselves and our work through dialogues in collaboration.
• You must be able to use SAP, MS Office, simulation, process control, and data analysis programs comfortably; because with the development of technology and the remote working period, our usage rate of these programs has increased significantly.
