Job description

We are looking for a Bartender with the qualifications below:

1. Responsible for preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while providing quality service to all guests who come to Soho House.
2. Support the management team as needed.
3. Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks.
4. Wash glassware and utensils after each use.
5. Pour wine and beer.
6. Possess classic drink knowledge.
7. Collect payment and operate a cash register.
8. Serve food to customers seated at the bar; menu knowledge is required.
9. Check identification of customers to ensure they meet age requirements for the purchase of alcohol and tobacco products.
10. Determine when a customer has had too much alcohol.
11. Clean up after customers and maintain a clean work area.
12. Arrange bottles and glasses to create attractive displays.
13. Serve customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
14. Monitor and maintain an inventory of supplies.
15. Mix ingredients according to drink recipes.
16. Sell or influence others.
17. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
