Job summary

Soho House is seeking a Barback to support busy bar operations and ensure smooth service in the restaurant environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of restaurant bar experience, strong English communication, a neat appearance, and a proactive, team‑oriented approach. You will help maintain clean stations, assist with setup, and contribute to guest satisfaction during shifts.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year restaurant bar service experience in the relevant position.
• Have English communication skills.
• Be responsible for ensuring that background and side stations are clean and tidy by ensuring that all equipment is used correctly and safely and is cleaned after each use.
• Successful in human relations, giving importance to guest satisfaction.
• Taking care of his appearance, proper diction, dynamic
• Emphasis on teamwork

• Keep up with the busy work schedule, shift system and flexible working hours
• Arrange bottles and glasses to make attractive displays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of bar and service areas, ensuring all equipment is used safely and cleaned after each use.
• Assist bartenders in stocking the bar and setup for service.
• Greet guests, support guest satisfaction through timely service.
• Coordinate with team to manage busy service periods and shifts.
• Display bottles and glassware in an attractive, organized manner.
• Accept and perform additional duties as directed by supervisor/manager.
