The Opportunity

This role requires a strong hunter mindset in SaaS sales, with a proven record of closing new business. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of selling SaaS solutions to mid and enterprise clients. Skills needed include relationship building, consulting, strategic thinking, and pipeline management. Our sales team’s daily activities involve:

Job Description
  • Engaging with clients throughout the sales cycle—from prospecting and onboarding to demos, negotiations, and closing
  • Identifying emerging markets and shifts, staying updated on new products and competitors
  • Communicating value propositions through proposals and presentations
  • Supporting the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team to generate qualified leads via outbound strategies
  • Presenting sales forecasts and revenue reports to management
  • Maintaining an accurate, up-to-date sales pipeline

What we expect from you

  • At least 2 years of quota-carrying sales experience, preferably in SaaS
  • Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiation principles
  • Experience in eCommerce, retail, or banking industries is a plus
  • Proven ability to exceed revenue quotas
  • Strong relationship-building skills, especially with executives
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and partner success teams
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and independent
  • Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills
  • CRM software knowledge is a plus
  • University degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
