About Our Client

Job Description

  1. Regularly and systematically monitor the turnover performance of mall tenants, prepare activity plans accordingly, and implement them.
  2. Balance and monitor revenue and expense items to increase the net operational income of the mall. Prepare the mall's work program and budget, manage the process in line with targets. Collaborate with the Finance Department to prepare monthly management reports and present them to the board of directors.
  3. Develop suggestions to increase visitor circulation and tenant efficiency, and ensure the implementation of managerial decisions taken in cooperation with the center. Coordinate with the Marketing Department to conduct annual visitor surveys, prepare and implement action plans based on the results.
  4. Work with the Finance and Operations Departments to prepare the mall's annual general expense budget and analyze budget realizations monthly.
  5. Follow up with tenants experiencing collection problems within the framework of their contract terms, under the guidance of legal advisors, and initiate legal processes when necessary with management approval.
  6. Ensure efficient management of the organization by defining HR strategies, planning backups for critical positions, and organizing training to develop and motivate the current staff.
  7. Understand the short, medium, and long-term expectations of consumers and determine strategies to meet their needs. Engage in activities that increase the mall's value. Oversee and ensure the proper execution of mall marketing activities.
  8. Establish and develop relationships with local and official institutions (governor's office, municipality, police, municipal police, fire department, water and electricity authorities, etc.).
  9. Support the Residence Management and guide when necessary.
