Job summary

ADASTEC Corp. in Türkiye is hiring an Autonomous Driving Software Engineer who will work as a Machine Learning Engineer to train, evaluate, and deploy perception models across 2D camera detection, monocular 3D detection, LiDAR 3D, and camera–radar fusion.

You will build automated training/labeling pipelines, monitor model drift, run experiments, and export models for onboard deployment. 3+ years in ML required, English fluency essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, AI, electrical/electronics, robotics, or related field.
• 3+ years of professional ML engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of ML and deep learning fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Train and fine‑tune deep learning models for 2D/3D object detection.
• Develop and evaluate models across camera, LiDAR, and camera–radar fusion.
• Build and maintain automated training and auto-labeling pipelines.
• Run evaluation, error analysis, and experiment tracking.
• Monitor model drift and domain shift; feed insights back to data/training.
• Export and validate models for onboard deployment.
