Job summary

Arçelik-LG is seeking an Automation Engineer to join our Automation & Production Engineering team in Gebze. You will lead automation and transformation projects, design and develop automation systems, and support installation and troubleshooting across operations.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, controls, or related fields, 3–5 years in industrial automation, strong English, and hands-on PLC experience with Simatic and TIA Portal, HMI, and motion control.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field.
3–5 years of experience in industrial automation.
Strong command of English and PLC programming experience.
Experience with HMI and motion control systems.
Proficient in MS Office and data analysis.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage automation & transformation projects.
Increase the overall automation level across operations.
Design and develop automation systems.
Support mechanical installation and troubleshoot issues.
Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Production, Purchasing, and Quality teams.
