Nike is opening a brand-new store in Istanbul Florentia Village and seeks an Assistant Store Manager to lead from day one. You will be part of the leadership team, building the culture, driving performance, and creating memorable consumer experiences in a high-energy environment.

You will support the Store Manager in guiding a diverse, high-performing team, delivering exceptional service, and achieving store targets while upholding Nike standards and policies.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in a management role in a store environment.
• Experience in retail operations, budgeting, planning, customer service, sales, and people management.
• A passion for NIKE, sport, and creating exceptional consumer experiences.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong coaching skills and the ability to motivate others to deliver their best.
• Good command of English and Turkish, both written and spoken.
• Flexibility to work in shifts and on weekends.
• Confidence in using tools to support employee coaching, feedback, conflict resolution, and performance conversations.

Responsabilidades

• Support the opening of the new Nike store and help build the team from the ground up.
• Create a welcoming, energetic, and premium store environment for consumers.
• Coach and develop a diverse team while building a strong, inclusive culture.
• Partner with the Store Manager to drive store performance, budgets, operations, planning, and sales targets.
• Bring Nike’s strategy to life in-store, including membership, digital services, sustainability, and consumer engagement.
• Ensure store operations align with Nike standards, policies, and guidelines.
• Collaborate with other stores, field leadership, and HQ to share best practices.
