What do we look for?

  1. BA/BSc degree from relevant departments (Business Administration or Hospitality Management degree would be an asset)
  2. Min. 2 years of fine dining restaurant management experience and deep knowledge of the operation standards & expectations of customers
  3. Proficiency in spoken and written English
  4. Team player with excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  5. Excellent observation skills to identify bottlenecks and pain points
  6. Self-driven, resilient, proactive, and inclusive
  7. Creating or responding constructively to challenging new ideas and inputs
  8. Following the success story of #saltbae and having a genuine interest in the unprecedented growth of a local brand.

What will you work on?

  1. Responsible for customer satisfaction whilst maintaining excellent standards of food and drink quality, together with excellent standards of service, cleanliness, and safety through the day-to-day running of the brand
  2. Focusing on standards of operations, demonstrating uncompromising and strong people skills, truly believing in training and people development to ensure that all staff are fully trained and tested to give excellent standards of service
  3. Assisting the Restaurant Manager in service management and coordination
  4. Analyzing staff requirements, developing iteration plans, and transferring these plans to the Restaurant Manager to create an action plan
  5. Leading, motivating, and coaching his/her team for maximum performance.
